END TIME CHURCH MINISTRIES OF ARKANSAS

An Apostolic Kingdom Ministry

End Time Church Ministries is an Apostolic Kingdom Ministry established to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, equip the saints through sound Apostolic doctrine, and prepare the Kingdom Remnant for the glorious appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We stand upon the authority of Holy Scripture, the teachings of Jesus Christ,     and the Apostolic foundation established    by the Lord Himself.

Our mandate is to proclaim Kingdom truth, make disciples, equip believers for the work of the ministry, and advance the Gospel of the Kingdom throughout the nations.

KINGDOM OR NOTHING!

Matthew 24:14 (KJV)

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

APOSTOLIC LEADERSHIP

Chief Apostle Henry L. Hughes Jr.

Founder and Apostolic Visionary

Under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, Chief Apostle Henry L. Hughes Jr. provides Apostolic leadership and oversight for End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas, an Apostolic Kingdom Ministry committed to proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom and preparing the Remnant for the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ.

The ministry is established upon the authority of Holy Scripture and the Apostolic foundation laid by Jesus Christ. Its mandate is to teach sound doctrine, make disciples, equip the saints for the work of the ministry, and uphold the divine order of the Five-fold Ministry.

Through Kingdom teaching, publishing, discipleship, and worldwide outreach, Chief Apostle Hughes continues to declare Kingdom truth without compromise.

KINGDOM OR NOTHING!

Ephesians 4:11–13 (KJV)

“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

APOSTOLIC KINGDOM GOVERNMENT

THE BIBLICAL FOUNDATION OF APOSTOLIC LEADERSHIP

End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas recognizes Jesus Christ as the Head of His Church and the supreme authority over His Kingdom assembly.

Apostolic leadership is not established by religious tradition, denominational appointment, institutional recognition, or the authority of men. Its foundation rests upon Jesus Christ, who appoints and equips His servants according to His divine purpose.

Ephesians 1:22–23 (KJV)

"And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all."

The Church belongs to Christ. Its government must therefore remain subject to His Word, His commandments, and the operation of the Holy Spirit.

THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY: CHRIST'S APPOINTED OFFICES

Ephesians 4:11–13 (KJV)

"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Jesus Christ established five essential Ministry Offices:

  1. Apostles: Sent by Christ to establish, strengthen, equip, and oversee the work of the Kingdom according to His Word.
  2. Prophets: Called to speak according to divine revelation, providing exhortation, correction, and edification under the authority of Scripture.
  3. Evangelists: Commissioned to proclaim the Gospel, call sinners to repentance, and declare salvation through Jesus Christ.
  4. Pastors: Appointed to shepherd, feed, protect, and care for the flock entrusted to their oversight.
  5. Teachers: Equipped to instruct the saints in sound doctrine, rightly divide the Word of truth, and establish believers in biblical understanding.

These Offices are not competing positions of religious prominence. They are gifts given by the ascended Christ for the spiritual maturity and faithful service of His Body.

GOD'S DIVINE ORDER IN THE ASSEMBLY

1 Corinthians 12:28 (KJV)

"And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues."

The Apostle Paul identifies a divinely established order within the assembly.

The expression "first apostles" establishes the priority of the Apostolic Office within the order Paul describes. This order must never be confused with personal superiority, for every servant remains accountable to Jesus Christ.

The Apostle does not replace Christ as Head. Neither does the Pastor, Prophet, Evangelist, or Teacher possess independent authority over the Lord's assembly.

The authority of every Ministry Office remains subject to the King who appointed it.

THE APOSTOLIC AND PROPHETIC FOUNDATION

Ephesians 2:19–20 (KJV)

"Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;."

Jesus Christ Himself is the chief cornerstone. The Apostles and Prophets bear foundational witness to Him and His revealed truth. No Ministry Office possesses authority to establish another gospel, overturn the commandments of Christ, or replace the foundation already laid.

1 Corinthians 3:11 (KJV)

"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."

THE CONTINUING WORK OF THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY

Ephesians 4:13 establishes the purpose and duration of the equipping work: the saints are to come into unity of faith, knowledge of the Son of God, and the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Ephesians 4:14–16 continues by describing believers who are no longer carried about by every wind of doctrine but grow into Christ, the Head, as the whole Body works together in love.

End Time Church Ministries affirms the continuing necessity of Christ-given Ministry Offices for the equipping, protection, instruction, and spiritual maturity of the saints.

The Ministry exists to prepare a faithful Kingdom Remnant, steadfast in the Word, obedient to Jesus Christ, and watchful for His glorious appearing.

KINGDOM OR NOTHING!

APOSTOLIC KINGDOM MANDATE

THE APOSTOLIC MISSION AND KINGDOM MANDATE

End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas

Proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, Making Disciples, Equipping the Saints, and Preparing the Remnant for the Glorious Appearing of Jesus Christ.

ESTABLISHED BY CHRIST, COMMISSIONED BY HIS AUTHORITY

End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas is an Apostolic Kingdom Ministry established under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and committed to fulfilling the commission He entrusted to His Apostles.

Our mission is not to establish another religious denomination, promote the traditions of men, or substitute religious affiliation for obedience to God. Our mandate is to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom, teach the commandments of Jesus Christ, call mankind to repentance, make disciples, and equip the saints to walk faithfully according to the Word of God.

Matthew 28:18–20 (KJV)

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

The authority of the Kingdom commission belongs to Jesus Christ. He commands His servants to go, make disciples, baptize, and teach obedience to everything He commanded. The ministry therefore recognizes discipleship as more than receiving information. It is the continuing formation of obedient Kingdom citizens who follow Jesus Christ in faith, holiness, truth, and steadfast endurance.

THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM MUST BE PROCLAIMED

Matthew 24:14 (KJV)

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

Jesus Christ identified the message that must be proclaimed throughout the world before the end: the Gospel of the Kingdom.

End Time Church Ministries is committed to preserving and proclaiming that message without compromise.

The Kingdom of God is not a religious invention of mankind. It is the divine rule and authority of God, revealed through His Word and proclaimed by His Only Begotten Son.

Mark 1:14–15 (KJV)

"Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."

Repentance, faith, obedience, and submission to the authority of Jesus Christ remain essential to the message entrusted to His servants. We therefore proclaim Jesus Christ as the only Saviour and the only way unto the Father.

Acts 4:12 (KJV)

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

THE WORLDWIDE APOSTOLIC COMMISSION

Acts 1:8 (KJV)

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

The Apostolic commission was never intended to remain confined to one city, region, nation, or people. The command of Jesus Christ establishes the worldwide responsibility of His witnesses.

Through Kingdom teaching, biblical discipleship, digital broadcasting, Kingdom publishing, and worldwide outreach, End Time Church Ministries seeks to carry the Word of God beyond geographical boundaries.

Through Nuggets in the Valley World Outreach, the ministry extends its discipleship and Bible teaching initiatives into international communities, including Kenya and Pakistan.

Our purpose is not merely to establish international connections. It is to teach the Word of God faithfully, strengthen disciples, encourage obedience to Christ, and help equip Kingdom servants to continue the work of ministry within their communities.

The Gospel must reach the nations, but the message must remain the Gospel Jesus commanded His Apostles to proclaim.

EQUIPPING THE SAINTS THROUGH THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY

Ephesians 4:11–12 (KJV)

"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:."

Jesus Christ appointed the Five-fold Ministry for the equipping and edification of His Body.

End Time Church Ministries recognizes the continuing importance of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher according to the divine order established in Scripture.

The responsibility of Ministry leadership is not to gather followers unto themselves, but to direct the saints unto Jesus Christ, the Head of His Church.

Sound doctrine, biblical correction, spiritual maturity, discipleship, and obedience to the Word are essential to the work of the ministry.

2 Timothy 2:2 (KJV)

"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."

The Apostolic mandate includes preparing faithful disciples who can faithfully instruct others, preserving the truth of Scripture from one generation of servants to the next.

KINGDOM TEACHING, PUBLISHING, AND DISCIPLESHIP

The written and proclaimed Word of God remains central to our Apostolic work.

Through Kingdom Bible teaching, Apostolic publications, discipleship materials, theological studies, and ministry broadcasts, End Time Church Ministries seeks to make sound biblical instruction available to those who hunger for truth.

Our Kingdom publishing mission includes the development of the Kingdom Theological Library, an expanding collection of biblical teachings and studies devoted to examining the Scriptures, strengthening disciples, and preparing the Remnant.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 (KJV)

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."

Scripture governs our doctrine, instruction, correction, and understanding. Every teaching must remain accountable to the written Word of God.

PREPARING THE REMNANT FOR THE APPEARING OF CHRIST

The Apostolic mission also carries an urgent responsibility to prepare the saints for the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ.

The Kingdom believer must be taught to endure, remain watchful, reject deception, and continue faithfully in the commandments of Christ.

Matthew 24:13 (KJV)

"But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."

Titus 2:13 (KJV)

"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;."

End Time Church Ministries proclaims the necessity of spiritual readiness, holiness, sound doctrine, and faithful endurance.

We do not teach the Remnant to place its confidence in religious institutions, worldly systems, or the promises of men.

Our confidence rests in Jesus Christ, His finished work, His unfailing promises, and His coming Kingdom.

OUR CONTINUING KINGDOM MANDATE

Under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas remains committed to proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, making disciples, teaching sound doctrine, equipping the saints, extending worldwide Kingdom outreach, and preparing the Remnant for the glorious appearing of our Lord.

Colossians 1:28 (KJV)

"Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:"

This is our Apostolic mission. This is our Kingdom responsibility. This is the work entrusted to the servants of Jesus Christ.

NUGGETS IN THE VALLEY WORLD OUTREACH

THE INTERNATIONAL KINGDOM DISCIPLESHIP MANDATE

Reaching the Nations, Proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, Making Disciples, and Equipping the Remnant for the Return of Jesus Christ.

COMMISSIONED BY CHRIST, EMPOWERED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

Nuggets in the Valley World Outreach is the international outreach and Apostolic discipleship ministry of End Time Church Ministries of Arkansas, established to carry the Gospel of the Kingdom beyond geographical boundaries and into nations, communities, and remote regions where sound biblical instruction and discipleship are needed.

Our commission is not to establish another religious institution, advance denominational traditions, or promote the doctrines of men. Our mandate is to proclaim Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, call mankind to repentance, teach obedience to His commandments, and prepare faithful Kingdom disciples for His glorious appearing.

Acts 1:8 (KJV)

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

This command establishes the worldwide scope of the Kingdom witness. The Holy Spirit empowers Christ's servants to proclaim His Gospel, beginning where they are and extending to the nations.

THE GREAT COMMISSION: MAKING DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS

Matthew 28:18–20 (KJV)

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

The Great Commission extends beyond preaching alone. Jesus commanded His Apostles to make disciples, baptize, and teach obedience to everything He commanded.

Kingdom discipleship requires sound doctrine, repentance, water baptism, the work of the Holy Spirit, holiness, faithful obedience, and endurance in Christ.

THE GOSPEL MUST REACH THE NATIONS

Mark 16:15–16 (KJV)

"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

Our worldwide outreach remains anchored in the Gospel preached by Jesus Christ and His Apostles. Salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone, not in religious affiliation, nationality, institutional membership, or the traditions of mankind.

KINGDOM DISCIPLESHIP IN KENYA AND PAKISTAN

Through its expanding international ministry relationships, Nuggets in the Valley World Outreach is advancing Apostolic Bible teaching and Kingdom discipleship in Kenya and Pakistan.

Our mission is to equip believers with the Scriptures, strengthen faithful assemblies, encourage obedience to Jesus Christ, and prepare disciples to teach others the Word of God.

2 Timothy 2:2 (KJV)

"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."

The work of Kingdom discipleship is generational. Those who receive sound instruction must become equipped to instruct others faithfully.

ONE KINGDOM. ONE LORD. ONE GOSPEL.

Ephesians 4:5–6 (KJV)

"One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."

Nuggets in the Valley World Outreach remains committed to the authority of Jesus Christ, the truth of His Word, and the continuing work of the Holy Spirit.

Our calling is to reach the nations, equip the saints, strengthen Kingdom disciples, and proclaim the Gospel until the glorious appearing of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
